Artist, percussionist, Ghanaian xylophonist, and songwriter Alfred Kpebsaane is from the upper west region of Ghana. He performs ceremonial gyil (xylophone) music for traditional functions such as weddings, funerals, and dances. He toured internationally with Bernard Woma’s Saakumu Dance Troup, taught at the acclaimed Dagara Music Center in Medie, Ghana.
